POST /v1/videos

提供 model、prompt，可选模型支持的 seconds、size 和参考图片。JSON 与 multipart 由执行插件解释；文件上传使用 multipart 的 input_reference。

当前宿主返回 HTTP 200 和公开任务 id，不表示生成完成。保存 ID 并查询状态；不要在轮询时再次 POST。公开协议保留不等于上游可用，尤其不能假定已停用的 OpenAI Sora 服务仍在线。
